生まれて初めてのイノシシ肉！

最近あまりに疲れが溜まっていたので外食をしようと、一人でふらっと商店街のお店に入ってみました。
レストランとバーの中間のようなお店で、店長さんがなかなかのイケメンさんです。
「今日は肉！」と決めていたのでステーキを注文したのですが、牛肉の仕入れがなかったとのことで、メニューを見ながらウンウンうなっていると、裏メニューとしてイノシシ肉をオススメされました。

臭みや固さなどが心配でしたが、そういうのとは無縁の素晴らしい肉だからということで、人生初チャレンジです。
これが、食べてみてびっくり！
柔らかい牛タンのような食感で、旨みがすごい！！

白ワインとの相性が良く、けっこうなペースでお酒も進んでしまいました。
まさかイノシシがこんなにも美味しいとは…！
付け合せの野菜サラダも味が濃く栄養たっぷりで、やっぱりプロの作る料理は違うなあと、一皿で感動の嵐でした。
そして、ちゃんとしたものを食べると、体も心も喜びますね。
くたくたに疲れていたはずなのに、元気になりました。
