家事のやる気スイッチをオンにする方法

根っからのグータラ人間だから暇さえあれば寝ていたいタイプなのだけど、結婚して子供ができてからは独身時代のような食っちゃ寝生活はできなくなった。専業主婦で仕事をしてないのだから、最低限の家事をしないといけないのは当たり前といえば当たり前なんだけど、めんどくさいという気持ちは常にある。こうやって文章にすると、改めて自分ってサイテーだなと思う。でも仕方ないよね～だってグータラするのが好きだもん（笑）。

かといって、開き直って本当に何もしなかったら、家がぐちゃぐちゃになってしまうので、何とか毎日家事のやる気スイッチをオンにするように努力している。

やる気スイッチをオンにするにはまず好きな曲をかける、曲にのってきたところで比較的苦手じゃない家事（洗濯、掃除機、料理）から取り組むという流れにすると、どんどんやる気スイッチが押されていくのだ。そして完全にオンになったところで、勢いに任せて苦手な家事であるアイロンがけに取り組む。アイロンがけは私的にめんどくさい家事ナンバーワンなので、勢いがないと取り組めないのだ。
